ADMISSION OFFER (Second Call for BTHT programme)

Instructions for Admission

  • Each of the candidates selected for BTHT programme will have to pay Bangladeshi Taka 434,500/= (equivalent of US $5,000.00) as the first installment during 28 April to 06 May 2021 (Within Business Hour), failing of which will make this provisional selection automatically cancelled and vacant seat(s) will be filled up by candidate(s) from the next available merit position. Furthermore, candidates who will get the residential facilities will have to pay additional Bangladeshi Taka 130,350/= (equivalent to US $1,500) later.
  • Each selected candidate has to pay the amount according to the schemes given in the table below. BTHT Self-financed residential students have to pay US $20,000.00 and BTHT non-residential students have to pay US $14,000.00 in total in four installments. At the start of the subsequent academic years, they have to pay as per the table shown below.
  • After payment of the fees, candidates should confirm his/her admission by email if the payment is made either through cash/online banking or RTGS fund transfer as per the below mentioned payment method:

    OPTION-1:
    • Payment may be made in cash any branch of AB Bank Ltd. through online banking facility to be credited to the following Bank Account of the University.

    OPTION-2:
    • Payment may also be made from any other scheduled bank of Bangladesh through RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) fund transfer system to be credited to the below mentioned Bank Account of the University.

    • In case of RTGS fund transfer please provide us the Payment/ transaction reference number which will be provided by your bank for easy tracking of the transaction.
  • Candidate should write his/her Name, Merit Position and Admission Test Roll on the deposit slip/ RTGS acknowledgement slip (please mention the RTGS transaction number) in Block Letters using black pen and then send the scanned (or photo) copy of the deposit slip/ RTGS acknowledgement slip to the E-mail address processing@iut-dhaka.edu within deadline, during 28 April to 06 May 2021. After sending the email wait for at least 2 hours for updating the status in the student Dashboard otherwise call IUT accounts office (between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) over phone (01844056020, 8802-9291254 to 9291257 ext. 3284 / 3325) to confirm whether they get the email. Candidates are needed to submit the original deposit slip/ RTGS acknowledgement slip during Registration for getting the Money receipt from University Finance & Accounts Office.
  • If a selected applicant failed to complete the admission fee payment in time for any reason, he/she will be eliminated from the admission process.
