The dates and times of Registration (at IUT Campus) for the newly admitted B.Sc. Engg. and BBA students in the academic year 2022-2023 (Host Country) are listed below:

The students have to bring the following documents and items for verification at the time of registration. Before the registration, students need to complete the Online pre-Registration Form.
- One set Photocopy along with the Original Certificates and Transcripts/Mark-sheets (SSC/Equivalent/"O"-level and HSC/Equivalent/"A"-level). IUT will keep the original Certificates and Transcripts. Students are advised to make necessary copies of them for his/her future needs.
- Photograph: 01 soft copy / digital copy
- Photograph: 04 copies(Passport size)
- Photograph: 02 copies(Stamp size)
- Money Deposit Receipt
- Medical Fitness Certificate from IUT Medical Center
- Filled up form of Undertaking for any form of Academic Misrepresentation and Forgery
- Photograph: 3 copies (Passport size)
- Student valid Identity proof (Birth Certificate/NID/Passport etc) or any other documents
- Nominee photograph (Passport size) along with valid Identity proof (NID/Passport/ Birth certificate etc)
- Initial deposit of Tk. 1000.00 (BDT One thousand only) for opening new account
Note That:
- All the Photographs should be recent with single light color background. Specially photograph taken with school/college uniform will not be accepted.
- Before On-site Registration students must collect the Medical Fitness Certificate and complete Online pre-Registration Form .
