How to Apply online for Admission in IUT

(only Muslim applicants can apply for admission in IUT)


Host Country BSc Engineering and BBA-TM Applicants

(National Curriculum)

Step 1: Completion of the Online Registration
  1. Click Apply from the menu
  2. Applicants has to select his/her country as “Bangladesh”, programme as “B.Sc. Engineering and BBA-TM” and religion.
  3. In the next page, applicants have to select his/her curriculum here. Applicants from Bangladesh National Curriculum Board (Both Bangla Version and English version) need to select National Curriculum Board.
  4. Applicants have to provide his/her registration number, roll number, board and passing year of secondary school certificate(SSC) examination and Higher secondary school certificate(HSC) examination. applicants also must provide his/her email address and mobile number for further communication. Before proceeding to the next step applicants are advised to check the entry requirements to apply in IUT. If any information provided is found wrong and/or applicants doesn't have minimum qualification to apply his application will be canceled.
  5. After Applicant clicks the “I Agree and proceed” button, the system will take him/her to the payment page. Here Applicants have to pay non-refundable 300 BDT as 1st step Payment. Bkash, Nagad and Rocket payment methods are available to pay the amount.
  6. After Selecting Payment method, applicants will be redirected to selected payment gateway page. After completing the payment successfully, applicants will be redirected to the admission portal and application status page will be shown. Applicants are advised to print the page and store the hard copy for future reference.

Step 2: Upload Image, Generation of the Admit Card of the admission test and downloading the Admit Card
  1. List of Eligible applicants will be published on 23 February 2024.
  2. If the applicant is selected for the Admission Test, he/she has to pay an additional 1000 BDT(non-refundable) as an Admission Test Fee from 26 February - 05 March 2024.
  3. Eligible applicants who completed the second step payment, have to upload their recent color photograph and signature. The size of the photograph should not be more than 200 KB.
  4. Eligible applicants, who completed the second step payment, have to generate and download their Admit cards. To download the admit card, applicants have to login with the Applicant ID and password (will be sent to the registered phone number later).
  5. Eligible applicants will be able to download the Admit card during 07 - 13 March 2024.
  6. applicants will not be allowed to sit for the admission test without the admit card.

  2. The applicant has to select his/her country as “Bangladesh”, programme as “B.Sc. Engineering and BBA-TM” and religion.
  3. In the next page, the applicant has to select his/her curriculum here. Applicants from English Medium have to Click English Medium.
  4. In the next page, applicants have to provide his/her personal Information.
  5. In the next page, applicants have to provide his/her Academic Information of O Level Examination. All the exam dates of O level have to be 2020 or later.
  6. In the next page, applicants have to provide his/her Academic Information of A Level Examination. All the exam dates of A level have to be 2022 or 2023.
  7. After providing all the academic information, applicants will be redirected to the payment page. Here Applicants have to pay non-refundable 300 BDT as 1st step Payment. Bkash, Nagad and Rocket payment methods are available to pay the amount.
  8. After Selecting Payment method, Applicant will be redirected to selected payment gateway page. After completing the payment successfully, the applicant will be redirected to the admission portal and application status page will be shown.
  9. All English Medium Applicants have to send attested copy of his/her transcript and grade sheet/ mark sheet (proof of his/her result) along with Application Status page to the office of the Registrar on or before the application deadline (05 February 2024) during 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM in working days (Monday to Friday). The applicant must write down his/her Applicant ID and Transaction ID (he/she will get this Applicant ID and transaction ID after completing payment) on that paper.

  3. In the next pages, applicants have to provide his/her personal Information, academic Information, applied programme choice and photograph.
  4. Applicants also have to upload all his/her supporting documents(Academic transcript, grade sheet, job experience etc) in the upload section. If any candidate fails to upload all necessary documents, his/her application will be canceled automatically.
  5. After providing all the information, applicants will be redirected to the payment page. Here Applicants have to pay non-refundable 1200 BDT as Application Fee. Bkash, Nagad and Rocket payment methods are available to pay the amount.
  6. After Selecting Payment method, applicants will be redirected to selected payment gateway page. After completing the payment successfully, the applicants will be redirected to the admission portal and application status page will be shown. Applicants are advised to print the page and store the hard copy for future reference.
  7. Only short-listed applicants will be notified.

  3. In the next pages, applicants have to provide his/her personal Information, academic Information, applied programme choice and photograph.
  4. Applicants also have to upload all his/her supporting documents(Academic transcript, grade sheet etc) in the upload section. If any candidate fails to upload all necessary documents, his/her application will be canceled automatically.
