First Call for Admission for the AY 2025-2026 (In order of Merit)

The candidates given in the following lists (with offered programmes) have been selected for admission to
4-year B.Sc. Engineering or BBA in Technology Management Programmes of IUT for the Academic Year
2025-2026.
Notes:
- Residential facility will be given to all Full OIC Scholarships and Partial OIC Scholarships students.
- Limited number of seats will be available for allocation to the self-finance male and female students as per university allotment policy, which will be announced later.

OIC scholarship for host country are awarded to two top ranked admitted students in the merit list
of the admission process. But they have to deposit a refundable amount of US$1000 which will be
refunded only after completing Second Semester.

Admission instructions for the selected candidates for the first call of admission are
given below:
Payment Methods
OPTION-1:
Payment may be made in
cash at any branch of AB Bank Ltd. to the following Bank Account of the
University.

Payment may also be made from any other scheduled bank of Bangladesh through
only RTGS (Real Time
Gross Settlement) fund transfer system to be credited to the below mentioned Bank Account of the University.
BEFTN, NPSB and Mobile Transfer are not allowed.

- In case of RTGS fund transfer, please provide us the Account Holder Name, Applicant Name, Roll number and
Merit for easy tracking of the transaction.
- We will use Conversion rate for 1 USD = buying T.T clean rate of AB bank Ltd throughout the admission
process.

Migration Policy
- In case of vacancies in any programme, the selected admitted candidates will be automatically migrated
to the
programme of his/her higher preferences in order of merit unless he/she stops the auto-migration.
- If any candidate wants to stop 'Auto-Migration' of programme, he/she can either fully stop the auto
migration (to stay in the presently allocated programme) or partially stop the auto migration program (to eliminate migration to one or more programmes
of higher choices).
- The auto-migration must have to be stopped at least one day before the next call for admission.
- Once auto migration is fully stopped, it can not be restarted.
- Once a candidate is migrated to a new programme, he/she will not be able to go back to his/her previous
programme.
- Candidates are advised to visit admission website of IUT regularly for getting updated
instructions/information.
Refund Policy
All the refunds against cancellation of admission will be set based on final registration date and
class starting date. The percentage of refunds will be as follows:

- The Refund Policy, 2025-2026 A.Y. will be applicable in accordance with the stage of withdrawal
(cancellation of admission) regardless of the of date admission.
- Upon cancellation of admission/withdrawal of studentship, hall fees will not be refunded.
- Each student and Guardian will fill-up an “undertaking form” declaring awareness and abiding by the
refund policy of the university.
