Procedure for cancellation of admission 2023-2024

The official procedure for cancellation of admission will be as follows:

  1. Physically fill up a hard copy cancellation form found in IUT Finance and Accounts Office along with the applicant and guardian's signature.
  2. you will be required to attach the necessary documents including
    1. IUT receipt voucher (collected after submitting original bank payment slip to IUT Finance and Accounts Office)
    2. Birth Certificate
    3. NID of the Guardian (account holder)
    4. IUT Admission test admit card
    5. Admission Slip (if provided)
  3. Submit the fully filled form along with all the documents to the IUT Finance and Accounts Office. Cancellation date will be the date the IUT accounts office signs the application.
  4. Note that when your refund cheque will be ready, you will be notified through SMS. The refund will be as per the Refund policy published on the admission website.
