Procedure for cancellation of admission 2022-2023
The official procedure for cancellation of admission will be as follows:
- Physically fill up a hard copy cancellation form found in Registrar's Office along with the applicant and guardian's signature.
- you will be required to attach the necessary documents including
- IUT receipt voucher (collected after submitting original bank payment slip to IUT Accounts office)
- Birth Certificate
- NID of the Guardian (account holder)
- IUT Admission test admit card
- Admission Slip (if provided)
- Submit the fully filled form along with all the documents to the IUT Accounts office. Cancellation date will be the date the IUT accounts office signs the application.
- Note that when your refund cheque will be ready, you will be notified through SMS. The refund will be as per the Refund policy published on the admission website.
